Warranty & Service

About Our Warranty

Our watches are covered by one or both of the following warranties:*

1. A manufacturer's warranty and/or

2. A manufacturer-matched
* warranty through Swiss Repair

If your watch is covered by a Swiss Repair warranty, the Swiss Repair warranty card with indicate the date of purchase. Your warranty will cover the same length of time the manufacturer's warranty would have covered. If your watch requires service, it needs to be sent directly to Swiss Repair. Please visit www.SwissRepair.com for more information and specific instructions for getting your watch serviced.

*We have chosen not to be authorized dealers of most of the brands we carry so that we are not restricted by selling pricing guidelines (we are happy to be able to pass these huge savings on to you!). In practical terms this also means that we are not able to provide you with the manufacturer's original warranty for some watches and therefore some watches will come with a Swiss Repair warranty only.

Note: All items we sell are guaranteed 100% authentic in source and components. If your watch comes with a Swiss Repair warranty only, it is as if you are recieving the manufacturer's warranty, only the servicer is Swiss Repair. Should you prefer to send your watch back to the manufacturer for service, it is at the discretion of the manufacturer whether or not to consider it under warranty.

Please refer to our Warranty Coverage Guide for variations by brand in terms of warranty provider/s and length of coverage.

Warranty coverage is against manufacturer defect only.

Important: Your warranty will become void if any repair or service, including battery replacement, is performed outside of Swiss Repair or the original manufacturer. It is highly recommended that your watch not be taken to a servicer outside of these providers, as this will ensure your warranty with Swiss Repair and/or the manufacturer remains valid. Crystals, Crowns and Water damage due to the users neglect / mishap are almost never covered under warranty.
