General Shipping Information

All of our packages are fully insured during transit. Please note that due to the high value of your merchandise your package will require card holder signature with ID verification; therefore please make sure that you will be available to sign for your package. Should you not be available, UPS allows the option of picking up the package at their location.

NO ADDRESS CHANGES ARE ALLOWED once package has shipped.

Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 3 business days pending verification. Should you place your order before 2 PM EST on a regular business day (Monday through Thursday), your order will begin processing that day. If you place an order on a holiday, a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, or after 3 PM EST on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.

Actual shipping time is contingent on availability of merchandise and verification by our Credit and Fraud Protection Department. Please be aware that shipping to an alternate address (to your billing address) will delay your order.

Shipping within the United States  

Free Shipping

We provide FREE standard economy shipping on orders being shipped within the CONTINENTAL USA ONLY (lower 48). Lead time from the ship date is normally 6 - 10 days. Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx and any other secure provider.  

Paid Shipping

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your item, location, and selected shipping method.
If you must have your watch delivered overnight, please contact us to check availability.

USPS Claims

Due to the untimely response from the US Post Office regarding lost packages, all claims can take up to 6 week to resolve. A replacement item will not be shipped until USPS confirms that the package is indeed lost.

Private Mailbox Information

A Private Mailbox Service is any third-party mailbox provider (other than the U.S. Postal Service) that allows for the delivery of your private mail and packages to an address other than your home. When providing a Private Mailbox address, please be sure to include the street address of the third-party location that is receiving your mail and packages. If providing a U.S. Post Office Box address, no additional street address is needed, and you will not need to select the "Private Mailbox Service" box.

Duties & Taxes

We do not assess nor are we responsible for taxes/duties imposed by other countries. International orders are subject to applicable goverment import fees, duties and taxes. Which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Final charge from WatchesOnNet includes ONLY the price of the watch(es) and shipping fees. In order to determine whether your order may require additional tax and/or duty charges for importation please contact your local customs office for details.

Should the customer refuse to pay their goverments import fees, duties and taxes, or rejects the package for any reason, the product is still considered to have been delivered by and the transaction is considered complete.

Should the customer decide not to pay the duties and refuse the package for any reason, we will pay the duties to your goverment on your behalf and the item will be returned to us. All countries require us (the shipper) to pay the duties, taxes and any other aplicable fees before they will allow the item to be returned to us. We will then deduct those duties, taxes and any additional fees related to the shipment from your refund amount.
