Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt on watches that are not worn, used or altered in any way (i.e. removing/adding links, engraving initials, etc.). All returned items must have a Return for Authorization Number (RAN) marked on your package.  To obtain an RAN please call one of our representatives. Please be aware that a return authorization number (RAN) does not guarantee a refund or a completed return. After we receive your return it must go through a thorough inspection. It will then be assessed for refund or exchange.

Your account will be credited for the price of your purchase minus shipping and handling charges. You will be charged a 10% restocking fee off of the purchase price of the item. All items that are shipped and have been returned for whatever reason are considered returned items and are subject to the 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Exchanged items cannot be returned or exchanged more than once. All “Final Sale” and “Last Call” items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

International Customers:

We do not assess nor are we responsible for taxes/duties imposed by other countries. International orders are subject to applicable goverment import fees, duties and taxes. Which are the sole responsibility of the customer. The final charge from WatchesOnNet includes ONLY the price of the watch(es) and shipping fees. In order to determine whether your order may require additional tax and/or duty charges for importation please contact your local customs office for details.

Should the customer refuse to pay their goverments import fees, duties and taxes, or rejects the package for any reason, the product is still considered to have been delivered by and the transaction is considered complete.

Should the customer decide not to pay the duties and refuse the package for any reason, we will pay the duties to your goverment on your behalf and the item will be returned to us. All countries require us (the shipper) to pay the duties, taxes and any other aplicable fees before they will allow the item to be returned to us. We will then deduct those duties, taxes and any additional fees related to the shipment from your refund amount.

Restocking fee will be waived for a returned order paid via wire payment.

Refunds for returned merchandise can only be credited back in the exact form of payment or credit card used in the purchase. The refund process could take up to 10 days from the day we receive your order back into our facility. The credit may not show up in your account until 20 days from when we receive your order back at our facility.

Extended Holiday Return Policy

For any watch purchased or received as a gift during November 15 - December 15, 2015 we are offering an extended return policy which is valid until January 15, 2016. If the watch was purchased for yourself, please be sure to save the receipt/order number. If it was received as a gift, you may return it to us by providing the name of the person who purchased it for you. All other terms pertaining to our regular return policy apply. 

Exchange Policy

Exchanges can be made no more than one time per original order. Exchanges must be of the same value. If you would like to exchange your watch for an item of lesser value, please contact us to see if the exchange is possible. If you would like to exchange your watch for an item of greater value, you are responsible for the difference. Once an item is exchanged it can no longer be returned for a refund. Watches cannot be exchanged if they have been worn, used or altered in any way (i.e. removing/adding links, engraving initials, etc.) We must receive your watch within 30 days from the date you received the item. You must obtain an RAN number from us before you can ship back your watch. Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping and insurance charges. Return shipping on all exchanges is the customer's responsibility. The prices are $14.95 for Ground Shipping and $34.95 for Next Day air. Turn around time for exchanges can be up to one week.

Packaging your Return or Exchange

All return or exchange shipments must be packaged back up as they were originally received- with the watch box cushioned within another protective shipping box. The box should have Styrofoam or paper filling in order to avoid damaging the watch and/or box- replacement charges will be assessed for damaged watch boxes due to improper packing for shipment.All watches must be returned in their original box with corresponding manual, warranty card and all other documentation included with the original purchase. Please include a copy of your receipt with your return or exchange. When returning / exchanging a watch, it is the customer's responsibility to ship and insure via a reputable shipping company (FedEx, UPS and USPS).
