Breitling’s ongoing partnership with legendary automaker Bentley has lead to an upcoming Baselworld debut of the Bentley 6.75 Midnight Carbon watch, a collaborative venture inspired by the massive Bentley 6.75 litre engine inside Mulsanne limousines.
Breitling Bentley 6.75 Midnight Carbon chronograph delivers a powerful statement cladded entirely in midnight (black) – a cladding process Breitling achieved employing a special ultra-resistant carbon-based treatment.
Bentley 6.75 Midnight Carbon chronograph is engineered with a 49mm black steel case presented with a radiator grill motif dial which offers a subtle peek of the Breitling self-winding Caliber 44B movement with chronometer-certified by the COSC. Three sub-dials display a small seconds at 3 o’clock, a 12-hour totalizer at 6 o’clock and a 30-minute totalizer at 9 o’clock and has a large dual date aperture at 12 o’clock for readability. The main crown is screw locked allowing for a water resistance up 100 meters.
Bentley 6.75 Midnight Carbon chronograph bezel resembles the signature Bentley wheel tread pattern along with its sporty black rubber strap with DLC stainless steel push button folding clasp. Another stunning feature is the caseback which resembles the five-spoke motif of the Bentley wheel rims.
Breitling Bentley 6.75 Midnight Carbon is a limited edition watch of only 1,000 pieces and it is slated to debut at Baselworld 2014. This masculine watch is priced at $10,945.
