Panerai Luminor

The Luminor is one of the styles that first made Panerai watches famous. In 1995 Sylvester Stallone brought international attention to the Luminor when he bought one in Rome and said of it: "I immediately felt when I saw the watch that it had star power."  During WWII Panerai developed the Luminor which used tritium. These were state of the art pieces at the time and were used by the Itlaian Navy to execute the sinking of Allied naval ships. The classic designs have repeatedly been improved upon over the years.
