Gucci Marina Chain

Options for a watch are almost always concentrated on the casing and face of the watch itself, with the band acting in an over simplified role of holding the watch face on to your wrist. With the Gucci Marina Chain, you will find just as much attention paid to the band as to the face leading to a more impressive look overall. Gucci, as an expert watch making company, is aware that with more detail in the band there will need to be less detail on the watch face in order to prevent over detailing. As such, you will see a very straight forward casing on your time piece.

The casing is shaped like an egg and is nearly as thick. There is a window nestled just inside the outer edges of that egg through which you observe the time. On many models there are no numbers to mark the hours of the day, but a few have two or three dots to mark the 3, 6, and 9 hours. The band is an intricately linked chain that fastens in a hole drilled in to the top and the bottom of the egg-shaped casing. The overall look is sleek, elegant, and incredibly beautiful.
