About Our Warranty

We are proud to offer a manufacturer-matched warranty through Swiss Repair.

Your brand new watch will include a Swiss Repair warranty card indicating purchase date. Warranty covers the length of time dictated by the manufacturer. In case your watch needs service, it should be sent directly to Swiss Repair.

Note: All items we sell are guaranteed 100% authentic in source and components. Your warranty will be through Swiss Repair in lieu of the manufacturer. All conditions of the manufacturer's warranty remain the same, only the servicer will now be Swiss Repair. In some cases, we do not adhere to the manufacturer’s pricing guidelines and therefore forfeit the ability to be authorized dealers as defined by the manufacturer. Should you prefer to send your watch back to the manufacturer for service, it is at the discretion of the manufacturer whether or not to consider it under warranty.

Coverage

Warranty is effective only at Swiss Repair. Please refer to our Warranty Coverage Guide for variations by brand in length of coverage by brand. 

Important: Your warranty will become void if any repair or service, including battery replacement, is performed outside of Swiss Repair or the original manufacturer. It is highly recommended that your watch not be taken to a servicer outside of these providers, as this will ensure your warranty with Swiss Repair remains valid.

Need Service?

Under Warranty: Please fill out a Warranty Service Form and follow the packaging and shipping instructions indicated. Return postage will be collected at time of form submission.

Out of warranty: Should your watch require out of warranty service, Swiss Repair can also accommodate any watch service needs. Please visit their Service Page for more information. 

All service estimates are free with no obligation. Services are generally completed and returned within 14 days of receiving. Completion times may vary depending on complication.
