All of our packages are fully insured during transit. Please note that due to the high value of our merchandise your package will require card holder signature with ID verification; therefore please make sure that you will be available to sign for your package. Should you not be available UPS allows the option of picking up the package at their location. NO ADDRESS CHANGE ALLOWED once package has shipped. Please note: For your protection, all orders submitted are subject to a thorough verification procedure and final approval by our Credit and Fraud Protection Department before they are shipped. We verify the billing as well as the shipping address, so an alternate shipping address may delay processing your order;therefore orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days pending verification.

A Private Mailbox Service is any third-party mailbox provider other than the U.S. Postal Service that allows for the delivery of your private mail and packages to an address other than your home.
When providing a Private Mailbox address, please be sure to include the street address of the third-party location that is receiving your mail and packages.
If providing a U.S. Post Office Box address, no additional street address is needed, and you will not need to select the "Private Mailbox Service" box.
