Extended Holiday Return Policy 

For any watch purchased or received as a gift during December 1 – 31, 2009 we are offering an extended return policy good up until January 15,2010.

If the watch was purchased for yourself, please be sure to save the receipt / order number. If it was received as a gift, you may return it to us by providing the name of the person who bought it for you.All other terms pertaining to our regular return policy apply.

We, at WatchesOnNet.com want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. We work hard to provide you with the best customer experience by offering quality products and unbeatable service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will try our best to resolve the matter and ensure that your experience with WatchesOnNet.com is a positive one.

Return Policy
  • WatchesOnNet.com has a 15-day return policy from the date of purchase on watches that are not worn, used or altered in any way (i.e. removing/adding links, engraving initials, etc.)
  • All returned watches must have the security tag attached to them; otherwise the watch is NOT refundable or exchangeable.
  • All returned items must have a Return for Authorization Number (RAN) marked on your package. Simply call one of our representatives at 877-928-2499 and you will be assigned a RAN. Please be aware that a return authorization number does not offer ANY final disposition. After we receive you return it must go through a thorough inspection. It will then be assessed for refund or exchange
  • All watches must be returned in their original box with corresponding manual, warranty card and all other documentation included with the original purchase. Please include a copy of your receipt with your return.
  • Your account will be credited for the price of your purchase minus shipping and handling charges. You will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
  • All items that are shipped and have been returned for whatever reason are considered returned items and are subject to the 10% restocking fee.
  • When returning a watch, it is the customer's responsibility to ship the watch to us insured via a reputable shipping company (FedEx, UPS and USPS).
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Exchanged items can not be returned or exchanged more than once.
  • All “Final Sale” and “Last Call” items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges can be made no more than one time per original order for items of equal or higher value.
  • Once an item is exchanged it can no longer be returned for a refund.
  • Watches cannot be exchanged if they have been worn, used or altered in any way (i.e. removing/adding links, engraving initials, etc.)
  • WatchesOnNet.com must receive your watch within 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • Exchanges can only be made for items that are currently in stock.
  • You must obtain an RAN number from WatchesOnNet.com before you can ship back your watch.
  • Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping and insurance charges click here for shipping options.
  • Return shipping on all exchanges is the customers responsibility $24.95 for 2nd day air service and $34.95 for next day air.
  • Turn around time for exchanges can be up to one week.
Packaging your Return or Exchange

All watches must be returned in their original box with a copy of your receipt, warranty, manual, and authenticity certificate.

When returning a watch, it is the customer's responsibility to ship the watch to us insured via a reputable shipping company (FedEx, UPS and USPS).

Watches should be packaged carefully in an appropriately sized box. The box should have Styrofoam or paper filling in order to avoid damaging the watch.
