Michele, Michele, Michele…Lovely Michele watches.  Today let’s look at one of their amazing Chronographs.  The MWW01K000018 Large Yellow Dial Steel Bracelet Women’s Watch is the focus.  This timepiece is from Michele’s Sport Sail Collection, and it’s stunning.  The large face of this women’s watch is colored in vibrant yellow.  The hands and arms are in a silver stainless-steel, and the number markings are a jet black..I told you, stunning.  The yellow is interrupted only twice, with the red date window (located at the 6 o’clock setting) and the signature red Michele watches logo.  For Michele, this a more masculine design, because of its size, but trust me girls, it’s all for you.  Michele watches, famous for their fun and flirty creations, deviates a bit with this timepiece, showing off their sportier side.  I love it!  The Sport Sail Yellow Dial has a more functional and technical look and feel.  It is an all Swiss made precision watch, like all Michele watches…this one just shows that off a bit more.  It is paired with a beautiful high-polished stainless-steel bracelet, which makes the yellow color pop!  But, of course, if you like you can always choose from the many interchangeable bracelets Michele has to offer for this watch face

Michele Watches have a new line of women’s timepieces that are being released at the end of February.  Entitled the Tropical Paradise Collection, the line arrives just in time for the beginning of the summer shopping season.

Michele’s Tropical Paradise Collection consists of three watches.  Each watch is based on a different animal that is featured in a scene set in the dial.  To accompany these elaborate pictures, each watch is fitted with a set of diamonds on the dial and case, as well as a color-coordinated strap.  The Tropical Paradise Monkey watch comes with 51 diamonds, totaling 0.34 ct, and a golden alligator strap.  The Tropical Paradise Sea Turtle watch has 53 diamonds, totaling 0.35 ct, and a turquoise alligator strap.  The Tropical Paradise Fish watch is fitted with 56 diamonds, totaling 0.36 ct, and a hot pink alligator strap.

Each watch in the Tropical Paradise Collection can be fitted with any strap Michele offers.  All three feature a date window and the red Michele logo.  The watches have white enamel dials, 36 mm cases, sapphire crystals, accurate Swiss movements, and are water resistant to 5 ATM.

Many watch lovers around the world have wondered, who is the “Michele” behind the Michele Watch Company, and how did she get started in making these gorgeous designer watches?  Well, I did a little research, and here is the scoop.

“Michele” is actually Michele Barouh, daughter of Michele Watches founder Jack Barouh.  The company was named for her when she was a very small child, but Michele Barouh has grown to continue the tradition of the Michele Watch Company into the 21^st century. 

As the company’s creative director, Michele is known for incorporating her love of travel into the designs that she creates, and she brings a younger, more whimsical perspective to the collections.  She instinctively understands the balance between developing the brand and keeping the company on the cutting edge of fashion.  One of her major contributions to Michele is the design and launch of Michele watches with interchangeable bands, a development that has made an impression on the fashion world as well as the watch making community.

By switching the bracelet for a trendy colored strap, you can wear the watch in a sportier fashion. My favorite variation of this collection is the Diamond Deco Michele time piece. It has three rows of diamonds set into the bezel. The diamonds accentuate the classic look of the case glamorously, yet are not flashy or eccentric.

The most exciting feature Michele watches offer are the ability to always look different. The luxury brand sells interchangeable straps and bracelets for every fashionista’s taste. You can acquire a variety of leather straps including python leather, alligator leather, calfskin and lizard.

There are two different colors you can choose from with your alligator straps, gold and black.  It is a silver buckle that comes with the strap, but you can call and request gold strap if that is what you prefer.  All in all, this 20 mm strap will cost you $200.  Although it may seem like a lot for a strap, it is hard to put a price on style.  After all, it is style that counts the most anymore.
