Glam Rock has been hard at work for the past two months unveiling bits and piece of their new 2012 collections, and the Internet and live events have played a significant role in the brand’s mission to create hype and appeal to younger watch-lovers. Glam Rock keeps their Facebook updated and their website modern, showing that they truly care about their image– as one might argue that any purveyor of accessories should. Instead of talking about being young and hip, Glam Rock is showing that they truly know how to reach their audience, a new generation of potential watch enthusiasts who just need to be shown the beauty of timepieces.
Glam Rock recently began teasing fans about their new collections on Twitter as well. “Check out our new profile pic for a sneak peak at our new SOBE 2012 collection,” wrote a representative that updates the company’s Twitter feed. “We will be sharing the collection with you soon.” Glam Rock values connectivity with its fans online, so one can be sure that the brand will make good on the promise. If the praise they receive from their fans online is any indicator, the new additions will be given an extremely warm welcome.
