Warranty Information
Warranty coverage for your watch is offered directly through WatchesOnNet. We match the original manufacturer's warranty and cover your item for a time period of 24 months. Should you need it, your watch will be serviced in-house by our professional watchmakers. This warranty is valid only at WatchesOnNet. It will become void if repair or warranty service, including battery replacement, is performed by someone other than WatchesOnNet.
Your WatchesOnNet warranty covers the watch movement and battery replacement for 2 years after its purchase date. Your warranty does not include: watch case, bracelet, straps, crown/stem, crystal/glass and finishes. Damage caused by excessive wear and tear, physical/accidental abuse, and damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations is also not covered by our warranty.

General Shipping Information
All of our packages are fully insured during transit. Please note that due to the high value of your merchandise your package will require card holder signature with ID verification; therefore please make sure that you will be available to sign for your package. Should you not be available, UPS allows the option of picking up the package at their location. NO ADDRESS CHANGES ARE ALLOWED once package has shipped. For your protection, all orders submitted are subject to a thorough verification procedure and final approval by our Credit and Fraud Protection Department before they are shipped . We verify the billing as well as the shipping address, so an alternate shipping address may delay the processing of your order; therefore, orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days pending verification.
Should you place your order before 3 PM EST on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), your order will begin processing that day. If you place an order on a holiday, a Saturday or Sunday, or after 3 PM EST on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day. Actual shipping time is contingent on availability of merchandise and verification by WatchesOnNet Credit and Fraud Protection Department. Please be aware that shipping to an alternate address will delay your order. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving your order.
