The Cartier Pasha wristwatch like this W3108555 was designed for the Pasha of Marrakech in 1933 to let him swim without losing track of time. This made the Pasha one of the first water resistant watches created. This chronograph model has a screw down crown with a sappire cabochon, stainless steel case with diamond shaped hands and alligator strap and is water resistant to 100 feet.
